Demonstrated sales experience; preferably within IT infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS.
- Track record of success building a partner ecosystem with solutions or innovation programs.
- Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

We have an opening for a Partner Development Manager who will work closely with a select group of large/global ISVs to help them grow their business in the region. By establishing and growing business relationships, and driving partner plans with each assigned partner, you will be responsible for increasing top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of these ISV solutions running on AWS.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
- Drive GTM execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities.
- Lead sales pipeline reviews between ISVs and the AWS sales teams.
- Act as internal champion for the ISV Partner, driving internal AWS field enablement and account alignment.
- Evangelize the partners solution and value proposition internally through AWS and externally with partners & customers as identified by the partner.
- Drive specific partner sales revenue through management of regular pipeline, opportunities, and business reviews with the partner and all internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the AWS senior management team.
- Understand the technical considerations, certifications, and procurement processes specific to the public sector.

The Regional ISV Team (Public Sector) provides named co-sell support for strategic ISV partners. We work backwards from the unique needs of each Partner to create the right approach for each partner. Our goal is to be our ISV's best co-selling partner, period.

- 5+ years’ experience on ISV/SI management and sales, and 3+ years experiences in security area, with good connections to key security partner and customers in market.
- Global alliance and sales account management.
- Familiarity with AWS, cloud architecture, and SaaS.
