**Summary**:
Do you have a flair for organizing and administrative tasks? Do you enjoy working in an office filled with children’s laughter and learning? We are looking for an administrator who will support our Principals in making sure financials are filed in order, information is kept up to date and administrative matters are managed so Principals can focus on running the school.

**Description**:
As our centre administrator, you will be supporting the Principal in day-to-day administration and operational support. Some activities include:
Input data on ECDA website ( eg: register for Teacher's LON )
- Prepare financial and centre reports (eg. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report etc)
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min of GCE 'O’ Level with 1 year experience in any administrative field
- Able to multitask and work within deadline
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and a good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
