**Overall Job Responsibility**:
The Enabling Academy division works with partners to provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities that support them in their personal growth and professional development; upskill the formal and informal network of support around persons with disabilities.

You will administer training grants designed to fund training providers to provide customised training programmes for persons with disabilities, employers, sector professionals, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to implement and review strategies and action plans to ensure the training grants and programmes meet their objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders, including government agencies and industry players to assess and identify skills needs and gaps to customise and implement high-value and impactful training programmes
- Administer training grant calls to invite proposals for the training programmes; establish and maintain outreach to training partners and create awareness of our programmes
- Administer training grants, including evaluation of proposals, funding and ensure contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators are met
- Perform training administration and operational duties
- Assist in the analysis of the operating environment for threats and opportunities; undertake desktop research, stakeholder engagement and other forms of research to support decision making
- Promote and maintain publicity and outreach through social media and other channels
- Track, analyse and present data and reports as required
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in either training, grant administration, strategy, consulting, marketing, new service/ product development or similar industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders’ engagement
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
