Handling Office General Administration and Maintenance matters
- (Couriers, vendors, daily letter distribution, office cleanliness, carpark Issues, Human Resource, Tenancy Agreements, insurance, Singtel, credit card matters etc.)
- Assist on issuing invoices and receipts using inhouse financial system
- Keying in accounting data
- Assist manager in HR matters
- Organising ad-hoc annual events & orders (e.g. Christmas party/Gift Exchange, Calendar Orders, Mooncake orders, CNY orders for customers, etc.)
Job Requirements
- O level / Diploma
- **Welcome entry level - Training provided**:
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- **5 days work **(9am to 6pm)
- Work location at **Lower Delta Rd - Tiong Bahru area**:
- **Salary $2500 - $2800**:
- Start work immediately or within short notice
