**At Forward Minder Organisation**, we're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join us as a **Customer Service Assistant**. If you enjoy helping others, keeping things in order, and want to grow in a supportive environment — this role is for you
**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Client Communication Support**
**After-Service Client Support**
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and helping clients with forms or general information.
**Administrative Tasks**
Perform data entry, update client records, prepare simple reports or documents, and support day-to-day office operations.
**General Consultant Support**
Assist with ad hoc duties such as organizing digital files, preparing materials for meetings, or sending reminders — all to help consultants stay organized and focused on client needs.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Working Hours (9am to 5.30pm, Mon -Fri)
Hybrid Arrangement, Part time positions open
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
