**Job Function**
- Maintain full set of accounting books
- Prepare management report and year-end closing of fiscal accounting reports
- Work closely with auditors on the year-end closing of accounting books
- Provide administrative support to the account activities of the department

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Maintains good records of company’s transactions according to accounting standards and company’s procedures
- Ensures that all AR & AP transactions are controlled, monitored and posted to the GL correctly
- Checks and approves AR invoices and AP payments
- Monitors fund flows and review cash flow forecast and tax returns
- Monitors changes in prices/exchange rates
- Follows-up on collections
- Prepares monthly costing schedules month end closing and management reports
- Review balance sheet accounts, investigate and resolve and discrepancies detected
- Quarterly review and submit of GST to IRAS
- Assist external auditors in the yearly financial schedules and statements, etc.
- Assist in the preparations of annual budgets
- Allocates work to subordinates and supervises their performances
- Has scope for some independent decision-making
- Able to deal with routine problems, referring only complexed situations to the superior
- Follows-up safe work procedures and principles introduced at the workplace

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Intermediate Certificate, or ACCA Level 2
- Preferably with 1-2yrs of Full Set Accounting experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
