We are looking for a **Business Contracts Manager **to oversee requests for proposals, tenders for professional services, and manage professional service contracts for our organization. The responsibilities typically include a range of tasks related to contract development, negotiation, administration and compliance.

**What will I be doing?**
1 Strategic Contract Crafting & Management
- Respond to Requests for Fee & Service Proposals from clients, and to develop, negotiate and manage contracts with precision.
- Ensure all proposals & contracts align with our organizational standards and complies with the legal and tax requirements of the country of origin.
2 Resource Management
- Execute project resource management and manpower planning.
- Effective resource management is essential to achieve business goals efficiently, stay competitive, and adapt to changing circumstances.
3 Annual Work Plan
- Oversee and contribute to the creation and execution of annual manpower work plans.
- It involves tracking the goals, objectives, tasks, and resources needed to achieve our targets, and updating the management team with regular progress reports.
4 Risk Navigation
- Identify and mitigate potential pitfalls in contracts and effective resource planning.
- Collaborating with our legal team to address complex contractual matters and ensure legal compliance.
5 Collaborative Dynamo
- Foster seamless communication between teams for holistic project success.
- Ensure that the management team has the data necessary to track the progress of the projects and contracts.
6 Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and well documented and systematic filing for contract records.
- Implement and enforce contractual provisions, including penalties for non-compliance.
7 Oversee and manage day to day operations of the office (including our overse a rep offices) to ensure smooth running and effective deployment of resources.In essence, a versatile Business Contracts Manager excels in contract intricacies, resource management & annual work plan mastery, ensuring all aspects of business operations are meticulously handled.
**Requirements**:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Quantity Surveying/ Contracts Management or equivalent.
2 Experience as a Contract Manager, preferably within the architecture and design industry.
3 Proficient in MS Office and strong knowledge in Contracts Management.
4 Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
5 Ability to work independently and in the management team to meet deadlines.
6 Strong experience in contractual matters relating to architecture, interior design and landscape.
7 Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
8 Good contract negotiation skills.
9 Strong second language skills in Mandarin and other foreign languages.
