Manage and market the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) by meeting the key deliverables.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and Market the CCP programme in accordance with the deliverables
- Answer enquiries on CCP programme
- Follow up with training providers on the CCP training programme and mentorship session
- Manage the expenses for the CCP
2. Manage administrative matters such as:
- Processing companies’ claims
- Ensure Proper documentation for the programme funding
3. Other administrative matters related to the programme
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong drive, proactive self-starter with creative mind
- Able to work within stipulated guidelines and deadlines to meet set objectives
- Service Orientation towards both internal and external customers’ needs
- Positive and collaborative mindset, strong business acumen
- Passionate about innovation and building an industry presence
- Strong drive, proactive
- Creative thinking
- Good customer service skills and likes to interact with people
- Strong teamwork
Note: This is a 2-year contract position.
