Position Overview:
The Business and Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations related to contract management, vendor relationships, and commercial performance. This role ensures that contracts are legally compliant, financially sound, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The manager will also support tendering, negotiation, and risk mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective strategies to secure new construction projects.
- Leverage your strong connections in the construction development industry to generate leads and establish partnerships.
- Act as the primary negotiator in discussions and contracts with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support commercial decision-making by analyzing business data and market trends.
- Continuously analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team, enhancing the value proposition we offer to clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of successfully secured projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Strong relationships and networks within the construction development industry.
- Marketing skills and an understanding of how to position our services effectively in the market.
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
