[What the role is]
Your role supports the Board’s corporate goal of being a strategic and impactful grant maker and will mainly be in, but is not limited to, the area of Impact & Evaluation.
The Impact & Evaluation Team is responsible for grant compliance and governance framework, guidelines, systems and processes. We manage grant disbursements and administration activities; develop robust and financially prudent grant budgeting and cashflow allocation framework and processes.
[What we are looking for]
You are involved to directly support the Deputy Director/Assistant Director on the following:
**1. Grant Disbursement, Administration & Partnering**
**_Fundraising (FR) grant program: _**
- Support the FR team in terms of the day
- to
- day operations
- Work with Internal and external stakeholders to review and craft the related grant policies
- Lead the team in updating the scheme information and address all related queries
- Drive related system development and data analytics efforts together with IT teams
- Review and enhance the SOPs to drive operational efficiency
- Handle Auditors and governance related matters
**_General grants programs: _**
- Engage multiple stakeholders to manage complex grants to achieve desired grant objectives and impact
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures to achieve efficient grant administration
- Determine fund utilization and disburse in accordance with the Terms and Conditions issued by the Board
**2. Grant Compliance & Governance**
- Drive the development of grant compliance and governance framework, guidelines, systems and processes
- Participate actively in business process re-engineering and data analytics efforts
**3. Grant Budget Management, Cashflow Allocation & Management reporting**
- Review processes and frameworks to drive prudent grant budgeting and cashflow projection/fund allocation for effective use of funds
- Lead the crafting of budget prioritization and Fund allocation for grants
- Lead in preparation of all management reports (including Board papers, Annual Reports)
**4. Impact Measurement**
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the impact measurement process, including developing the logic model, indicators, and methodologies
- Establish sound processes, and build relevant tools, for measurement and evaluation of grants: data collection and structuring methods for adequate monitoring and evaluation of grants; grant reporting
- Contribute to the design of new strategies, portfolio development, data initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability and impact
**5. **Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned**

**Requirements**:
- Training or experience in Accounting/Finance/Economics is preferred
- A good team player who is results-oriented, and comfortable with handling operations independently
- Minimum 7 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Comfortable with financial reporting and operations data analysis
- Possess strong critical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills
- Strong computer literacy and data analytics proficiency
- Strong track record in managing multiple stakeholders concurrently
