**Work Location**: This position will be full-time onsite in Singapore with some travel to other facilities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Service Center Operations in conjunction with our Service Center Partners to ensure performance metrics are met, staffing levels are appropriate, inventory levels are maintained, and products are repaired and shipped in a timely manner.
- Support and guide the administration team with responding to customer technical queries.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot, test and repair aircraft electronics.
- Receive and evaluate customer requests, inquiries and complaints to develop new strategies to maintain and improve on the quality of service delivery
- Develop strategies to increase profit and minimize cost incurred on service delivery while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Analyze and provide monthly reports to senior management including financial and shop performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate annual financial audit, tax preparations, and filings to meet Singapore government requirements.

- depth knowledge about every role and process in your Service Center.

- Ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers, taking responsibility for EHS and safety training within the Service Center.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in customer service or sales
- Minimum of 10 years experience working with commercial aerospace electronic products or a related industry
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Master in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in customer service or sales
- Minimum of 15 years experience working with commercial aerospace electronic products
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $109600 - $186300
