You are to be attach to **SATS Aero Laundry,** a wholly owned subsidiary of SATS. We provide quality linen laundering to industries as diverse as aviation, healthcare and hospitality, amongst others. Our services include soiled linen collection, wet washing, dry cleaning, spot removal, packaging and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
The role supports the Senior Manager in overseeing daily operations of the laundry plant to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing on-time delivery of laundered goods, leading the in-house technical team for maintenance and repairs, and optimizing operational productivity and profitability. The role also involves budget planning, overseeing procurement and IT functions, providing customer service support, and participating in projects or committees as needed.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
- Manage the timely delivery of laundered goods while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead the in-house technical team in the repair and maintenance of machinery, facilities, and premises to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational productivity, efficiency, and overall business profitability.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for relevant departments, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) and Profit & Loss (P&L) targets.
- Oversee key operational support functions, including Procurement and Information Technology (IT).
- Provide customer service support to maintain client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Undertake additional responsibilities, projects, or committee roles as required.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in M&E / Industrial & System Engineering or related is preferred
- With relevant experience and technical knowledge of industrial grade machinery.
- Proactive individual with strong analytical, problem solving and results-orientated mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Possess good leadership and people management skill
