**Your tasks**:

- Liaise with engineers and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on material number management for operations using PAM - material no. creation
- Assist Customer Care Asia (CCA) in all logístical administration for receipt and shipment of equipment for repairs, including but not limited to RSCT handover forms, Shipment request forms to SCM, 3rd party supplier forms, RMA forms, Service Request Order (SRO) forms
- Generate data for analysis, including but not limited to monthly report from Repair and Support database, and SAP
- Update extended warranty of equipment in SAP
- Manage office and pantry supplies and raising EASIREQ
- Arrange shipment of demo equipment / raising demo loan
- Assist in maintaining department quality procedures as needed
- Prepare training certs for customers and trainees
- Prepare warranty certs for customers
- Print documents and bind documents upon request
- Prepare invitation letters for visitors or customers
- Ensure maintenance of office facilities: daily check on meeting rooms and common areas, including pantry
- Assist to file and scan Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test certs in Engineering Database
- Other related administrative tasks upon request
