Job Description
- Assist Country Manager, Singapore in her daily operations and regular reports
- Support a team of marketing staff for local sales
- Process Sales Order
- Monitor shipment
- Liaise with Finance company, service department and external vendors
- Monthly invoicing for rental trucks and updating fleet details
- Attend to sales enquiry. Prepare urgent quote for salesperson via phone.
- CRM/Sales force - Customer Relationship Management
- Answer incoming calls as per procedures
- Update Lease Engine
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma
- 3-5 years working experience
- 1-3 years experience in Adminstration with SAP Sales processing experience in Trading company
- Able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Able to work independently and committed
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Computer literate (MS-Office skills)
