- Working Location: Pasir Ris
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sourcing of suppliers/vendors to support company's business.
- Process purchase requisition and purchase orders.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors.
- Participate in cost reduction/negotiation exercise with suppliers/vendors periodically.
- Liaise with customers on order and delivery schedules.
- Plan production to ensure timely delivery to meet customers' orders or schedules.
- Coordinate with Production / Store for quick reaction to changes in schedule.
- Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of goods and services are met to make customers' orders.
- Ensure suppliers'/subcontractors' services are purchased from approved sources.
- Control Inventory level in line with the company's interest.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 software will be an advantage.
