- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus**:
- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable/ Convertible to Perm)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily indoor operations and ensure effective internal/external communication.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints across multiple channels.
- Generate customer quotations and process orders with efficiency.
- Liaise with subcontractors and customers to ensure service delivery meets deadlines and expectations.
- Document and file service reports, manage service requests, and maintain the Service Management System (SMS).
- Prepare and handle shipping documentation and air ticket bookings as necessary.
- Distribute required materials to subcontractors, technicians, or engineers.
- Process purchase orders for project materials and handle warranty claims.
- Organize work schedules and maintain meticulous records.
- Support project coordination and perform other duties as assigned.
