**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Purpose**
- To ensure demand and supply of raw materials for the premix plant in Singapore is met to meet customer delivery dates
- Maintain good communication within the regional Premix team to ensure smooth flow of information
- Manage raw material planning and monitor forecasting and inventory together with the Purchaser and Markets to ensure the optimal stock levels

**Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility**
- Planning: Responsible for inventory Planning and replenishment of Raw and Packaging materials to support a smooth Production without disruption.
- Work closely with Premix Commercial Team as well as Regional Supply Planning Team to monitor raw material forecast demand in IBP System.
- Review MRP for Raw Materials.
- Daily Monitoring of MRP in SAP system to determine the 3rd Party Raw Materials required for Production (including some packaging materials from overseas).
- Management of Inventory for 3rd Party Raw Materials and Finished Products in Singapore, both within the Premix Plant as well as the external warehouse.
- Maintain optimum stock levels, minimizes inventory holding cost and obsolescence cost.
- Coordinate with Formulations, Productions & QCA Department on quality issues etc.
- Responsible for reporting i.e. Month-end Inventory report, Write-Off report, Mass Balancing report.
- Act as a backup for Premix Supply Chain Coordinator for daily operational issues.
- Any other task assigned by your manager.

**Required Education & Skills**
- Minimum Diploma qualifications and or equivalent with 1 year of working experience.
- Excellent communication and collaborative.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
