**Role Description**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordination and liaison with accountants, auditors, cosec service providers, banks and fund administrators on resolutions
- Overseeing the incorporation of fund/ SPV entities and relevant legalisation of documents
- Coordination and review of standard resolutions, meeting minutes etc
- Supporting the investment teams on deal transactions from a documentation and execution standpoint
- Completion of any compliance related DDQs in respect of Everstone funds
- Coordinating FATCA, CRS reporting and AML/KYC documentation
- Coordinating of statutory filings for the Singapore fund manager, its Singapore funds and SPVs
- Coordination with the Indian custodian in relation to share certificates and CCDs
- Coordination of India tax filings in for relevant Singapore entities
- Coordination of quarterly GST returns and submissions for Singapore entities
- Coordination of annual declarations related to tax incentive scheme for relevant entities
- Review of accounts payable invoices/ expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with invoices, purchase orders, requisition, vendor statements and receipts for all fund related expenses
- Assist the team to follow up on outstanding matters relating to invoices / payments
- Any other ad-hoc administrative work

**Education and/or Work Experience**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- ICSA qualification preferred
- Experience in investment and/or funds regulatory compliance
- Able to work independently with sound judgement
- Able to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a demanding environment
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
