As a Compliance Associate, APAC
based in Singapore, you will be part of the Global Compliance Department and you will support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of 360T APAC.
Your Responsibilities
Compliance Management of 360T Singapore; including RMO trading venue
Knowledge of Singapore and other regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of MAS systems
Preparing and submitting regulatory and compliance returns
Analysing local and regional regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments
Assist with KYC checks, compliance monitoring and market surveillance as required
Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
Assisting in the completion of board and committee reports
Assisting in the preparation of regulatory/license applications
Responding to compliance queries and suggesting pragmatic solutions
Leading projects or providing project assistance as required
Provision of regulatory and compliance training
Liaise with and assist the global team as required
Your Profile
Degree or higher education level. Law, Business or Technology an advantage
Certification in a professional association such as the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) would be an advantage. Otherwise can be arranged
3-5 years’ experience in the financial services sector
Above-average communication and conflict resolution skills
High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills
Decision-making ability and results orientation
Team spirit
Working language English, other languages an advantage
