- Assist in preparation of contract and tender documents for construction projects.
- Analyze completed work and preparation of progressive claims, potential variation claims at regular intervals from the main contractor.
- Site co-ordination and drawing verification where needed.
- Estimation of overall costing of the project.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 year in relevant working experience preferred
- Able to handle multiple projects at any time
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Team player with initiative and high sense of responsibility to complete work on time
- Proficient in Autocad/Sketch up/BIM/ Revit and Microsoft office
- 5.5 days’ work week
- Able to work in a factory/industrial area
