- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Drafter to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing submission drawings and documentation, as well as construction and working drawings including tenders.
- Additionally, the drafter will be required to organize and record architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation orders, and certification of work done for assigned projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for submission to authorities.
- Develop and maintain CAD drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.
- itec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is a must.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with supervisors and other team members.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in A&A works/Interior Design/Renovation/Fit-out Works.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities.
- Promptly reporting to superiors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs and QS software.
