ACMV QS cum Drafter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ACMV QS cum Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing tender submissions, cost reports, and evaluating tenders.

  • Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
  • Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits, and tender briefings/meetings.
  • Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies.
  • Liaise, communicate, and work with subcontractors/vendors/suppliers.
  • Timely preparation of tender documents.
  • Liaise with the Project Team for Variation Order and Progress Claim.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to use Autocad & Revit.
  • Experience related to ACMV more preferred.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Min 2 years Project Engineer/QS Experience related to Building Services/ACMV services.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • A good team player.
  • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
  • Contractual knowledge is preferred.
