Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing submission drawings and documentation to authorities, as well as constructing and working drawings including tenders.

  • Create accurate and detailed construction and working drawings, including tender submissions.
  • Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow and prepare rough sketches for review with the project team.
  • Develop and maintain CAD drawings, coordinate with production supervisors for production schedules, and handle ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building drafting/engineering and experience working with AutoCAD (2D & 3D).

  • Hold an itec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and able to communicate and coordinate with supervisors and other team members.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' work experience in A&A works, interior design, renovation, or fit-out works.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
