ACMV QS cum Drafter Job Opportunity

We are expanding our operations and inviting qualified individuals to fill the position of ACMV QS cum Drafter.

Job Description:

  • Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and evaluate tenders.
  • Assume responsibility for pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
  • Collaborate with consultants, attend site visits, and participate in tender briefings/meetings.
  • Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare timely tender documents and liaise with project teams for Variation Orders and Progress Claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Autocad & Revit.
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience related to ACMV services.
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Engineer or QS in Building Services/ACMV services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong team player with high self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Contractual knowledge is an asset.
