Executive Assistant to Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Director to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market
- Facilitate with end-to-end client and internal events, assignments and scheduling meetings, and confirming arrangements between all parties while ensuring correct documentation is prepared and received in a timely manner
- Anticipate and adapt to changes in calendar and priorities and changes accordingly while maintaining the utmost professionalism and composure
- Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies
- Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other managers
- Produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports on business development and market landscape

**We are looking for someone who are/have**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Analytical minded and good with numbers
- Problem solver
- Ability to coordinate and multi-task well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile and personable, building relationships with key stakeholders
