**What the role is**
- The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families. We are passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of these children, youths and families and are looking for like-minded individuals who share the same passion as us to join our dynamic and life-changing team. As part of RPG, the Operations and Service Capability Office (OSCa) is the central collaborative space for public education/media management to prevent family violence, harnessing people-private-public partnerships for good, increasing professional and organisational development, supporting crisis operations and bringing technology transformation to RPG.

**What you will be working on**
- Reporting to the team lead, you will work with the public education/media management team and respective RPG divisions to develop and drive communication plans for RPG, manage media relations, be involved in digital and marketing communications as well as stakeholder engagement. In addition, you will help to monitor and analyse RPG-related issues in the media, support RPG divisions to in addressing and responding to public reactions; especially prior to significant public announcements. You will also be involved in creating and delivering public education campaigns and efforts.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education in Mass Communications or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in media relations/marketing communications. - Experience in ministry/statutory board communications work would be an advantage. - Independent, adaptable and a good team player ready to contribute and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Strong ability to write well and persuasively with good command of the English language. - Able to think clearly to analyse and integrate complex information from various sources. - Work effectively and efficiently within the team and with stakeholders. - Passionate about MSF’s mission and RPG’s clients and work are fundamental.
