Nlb - Library Support Staff

The Library Support Staff provides good user experience to visitors to the library.
**Collection Maintenance**
- Sorting of books, shelving/straighten of books,
- Manage book-drop and auto-sorter
- Processing of dispatch
- Handle reservations items
- Perform shelf reading of library materials
- Mess-up collection
- Weeding & Rework
- Replenish book displays
**Customer Service**
- Handle customer enquiries
- Maintain library etiquette
- Ensure library is ready for opening/ closing
- Escalation of incidents within the library
**Ad-hoc task**
- General upkeep of programme space and to provide logistic support during conduct of programmes
- Attendance taking, setup and tear down
- Any other task assigned
**Working Hours**
- AM shift: 0800hrs to 1400hrs
- PM Shift: 1330hrs to 0930hrs
**Work Pattern & Days**: Shift W3O1 (Excl PH only)
