**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Customer Servicing Intern to support the daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn about operational logistics and customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Servicing**:

- Respond to and manage customer queries and orders via WhatsApp Business in a timely and professional manner.Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- **2. Operational Management**:

- Plan, track, manage, and coordinate daily delivery routes and the movement of orders across locations to ensure prompt delivery.

- **3. Strategy and Reporting**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
