DESIGNATION : Customer Service & Care Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to deliver consistent satisfactory customer service including inquiries and complaints
- Be customer-centric and learn how to manage internal and external stakeholders via communication channels
- Address inquiries, referrals, scheduling of appointments, and other support required from various communication channels
- Identify and assist to address the needs of stakeholders
- Preferably familiar with Google Workspace
- May be required to perform any other duties as requested
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Someone who is patient and enjoys working with a senior person.
