Singapore NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) Full time

The Senior Executive, Student Life & Support, will work as part of the Student Life & Support Team to assist in the administrative functions of the students' leave and attendance, student records and student activities at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine).

**Responsibilities**:

- Review student events proposals and provide recommendations to ensure that events are conducted according to school guidelines
- Liaise with student representatives regarding Overseas Community Involvement Projects (OCIPs) and Local Community Involvement Projects (LCIPs)
- Provide logístical and administrative support for student events
- Coordinate with students on administrative issues such as student reimbursement and meetings
- Support department activities such as Freshmen Orientation Week and White Coat Ceremony
- Provide support in students' leave and attendance matters
- Assist in student enquiries
- Assist in Student Life & Support's activities and events

**Requirements**:

- A recognised degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
- Prior administrative experience in an educational institution will be an advantage
- Possess initiative and drive
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work and travel between campuses

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
