Base pay range
Adecco is partnering with an institution seeking a Manager to lead their Student Life Services team. We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in student engagement, leadership development, and coordinating student activities.
The role:
Lead student leadership development and support student clubs and international chapters.
Drive initiatives to boost student participation and community engagement.
Plan and manage student programmes and events, including orientation and team building.
Coordinate co-curricular activities to support learning beyond academics.
Manage campus facilities and equipment for student activities.
Oversee student communications through social media, newsletters, and publicity materials.
Handle applications for overseas campus mobility and maintain records.
Coordinate student outpatient medical insurance registration and respond to inquiries.
Manage international student orientation from pre-departure to arrival support.
Oversee visa processing and liaise with vendors for related services.
Conduct training and briefings for regional managers and partners.
Deliver orientation sessions for new full-time student cohorts to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree with relevant managerial experience in student engagement or related fields.
Willing to work beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary, with appropriate time-off arrangements.
