**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- To contribute to the centre by achieving the centre's sales target.
- To be responsible for ensuring smooth centre operations
- Taking the lead in building and managing relationships with the learners, making sure that customers are taken care of and have their needs met. Not afraid of receiving negative feedback.
- To be accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in the centre.
- Establish open communication and mentor the newer team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
- Set clear expectations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to trainers and new team members.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience in the industry. Preferably with good upselling techniques and centre ops experience
- Proficient in sales and customer relationship management skills
- Part timers commitment period must be minimum 3 days and weekends inclusive.

**What WE offer**
- Part timer - $11 per hr for weekday / $13 per hr for weekends
- Commission given per signup inclusive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
