**What the role is**

As an Officer, Operations (KidsSTOP), you are responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operations of KidsSTOP exhibition zones and facilities; procurement of consumables for the proper maintenance of exhibits and teaching materials for programmes/events and for the inventory control of equipment and materials.

You will liaise with relevant vendors on the maintenance of the fabrication of materials and props for exhibits and oversee the safety management in KidsSTOP.

You will assist in managing various resource systems for the operations of KidsSTOP programmes/events and manage and mentor part-timers for ground operations to ensure proper documentation of part timers working hours using the Time Management System.

You will assist the project officer in charge of projects/events in the planning and execution of projects/events and be part of the team for promoting the Centre’s education programmes and contributing to quality programmes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Up to $4,000.00 per month
