Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the complete contract management cycle, including suppliers’ approval, preparation, execution and evaluation of tenders, contract and suppliers’ performance reviews and statistical analysis
- Contract negotiations for supply of products and services for vessels
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with respect to suppliers’ and clients’ agreements
- Resolve findings and issues reported by suppliers and clients
- Maintain and update a database of the defined priority criteria set by the company’s Directors for the evaluation of tenders and selection of suppliers.
- Benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of the agreements
- Execute any projects/tasks as requested by the Management
- Manage and assign tasks to commercial officers
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree - Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain preferred
- Minimum 5 years related experience in procurement, supply chain and/or contract management preferably in marine/shipping
- Proficient with modern procurement and purchasing techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks; effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
