Account Executive

**Position Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location: Singapore**

**What you’ll do**
- _Handles the day-to-day tasks as well as month-end closing and variance analyses_
- _Process A/P and G/L entries utilizing Yardi accounting system_
- _Process payments in timely manner using the banking platform_
- _Assist with month end close for SREIT and other Singapore entities_
- _Assist with preparation of the necessary balance sheet schedules_
- _Preparation of GST, MAS, ACRA and other regulatory quarterly and yearly returns_
- _Preparation of documentation for Trustee, internal and external auditors_
- _Liaison with corporate secretary for dividend declarations_
- _and many more...._

**What you’ll need**
- _Bachelor’s degree in accounting and or Finance a plus_
- _2-3 years previous experience in accounting environment_
- _Proactive, possess positive attitude and problem solving skills_
- _Exceptional attention to detail and organization._
- _Team player and able to interact and work across functions/levels and work independently_
- _Knowledge in Yardi system and managing accounts for SREIT or a real estate company will be advantageous_

Digital Core REIT is a new, standalone, publicly traded entity, owning a portfolio of 10 stabilized, "core" data centers concentrated in core markets across North America (Ashburn, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Toronto). Digital Core REIT is sponsored by and externally managed by Digital Realty to provide operational support for the new vehicle and to ensure a seamless customer experience. Our company will earn fees for asset and property management as well as acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
