**Position: Human Resource (Recruitment)**

**Salary**: $2,800 - $3,200

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires.
- Review the effectiveness of our existing sourcing channels, and to explore new sourcing channels in building our talent pools.
- Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs as and when necessary.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- At least a Diploma, A-Levels, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement
