**THE ROLE**:
The Team Lead of Sales & Member Outreach Services is responsible for driving the results of a sales development team through organizing, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading. You are required to work closely with management team to execute company and department strategies and upholds standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who is ready to begin their career as a sales leadership professional.
This position is responsible for understanding customer needs and sharing feedback to product managers, technical and other stakeholders for follow-up on actionable items. You will build partnership and momentum for new initiatives that strengthens the company’s competitiveness. You will plan, assist, and support various functions to grow members and expand SEMICON SEA booth sales/sponsorship.
- This position reports directly to the Regional President at SEMI SEA Office. _
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Reach revenue target**- Responsible for sales of SEMI products, activities and initiatives. Generate new leads. Follow up and qualify referrals.
- **Sales network**:
- Build sales network in other countries to increase international participation and collaborate with other SEMI region offices on pavilions/delegation formation
- **Day-to-Day Management**- Resolve routine problems and act as first point of escalation for sales & membership team. Elevate issues or questions to President, as necessary. Ensure team are executing the job based on company policy and procedures.
**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**:
- Ability to communicate convincingly and concisely with both peers and management.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Increase in international participation in SEMICON SEA and/or other SEMI SEA activities and cross collaboration with other SEMI offices.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to customers, partners and membership outreach and relationship management.

- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current customers and partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership collaboration.
- Networking aptitude and great multitasking skills.
- Comfort in working in a team-oriented, consensus-driven environment.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues
**FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE**:
- Diploma and above in Marketing or equivalent in training and/or experience
- 3+ years of product marketing and/or MICE sales role experience
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
- Proficiency in computer and internet software skills such as MS Office, etc.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

You have excellent client relationship and leadership skill with strong verbal and written communication skills. You can tactfully and diplomatically modify behavior to accommodate changing conditions and situations and have the dedication to creating better products and processes for customers. You are very organized, detail-oriented, goal-getter and data-driven in juggling multiple projects.
