Senior Public Relations

**Job Summary**

This position involves planning, conceptualizing and implementing TWG Tea public relations strategies and activities, both external and internal, including social media content and engagement with target media and key opinion leaders. Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of public relations across offline and online platforms. Direct the efforts of PR agencies on a project basis and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of the company.

**Primary Relationships**

The position reports directly to the PR Manager and indirectly to the Director of Corporate Communications & Business Development.

Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the other PR team members, the Marketing, Digital, Sales and Design teams as well as TWG Tea overseas partners and franchises.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with PR agencies, media and key opinion leaders, and PR teams of mall partners where TWG Tea is a tenant, and any other service providers (event organizers, photographers, videographers, etc.).

**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive public relations program that will enhance TWG Tea’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public; and, coordinating public relations activities and materials including annual calendars, publications, media relations, digital content, advertising and so forth.
- Assist in developing and updating communication materials such as press releases, digital and social media content, information booklet, corporate presentation, etc.
- Develop Singapore and global PR reports, and post-campaign report to evaluate performance and ensure that objectives are reached.
- Coordinate with target media and key opinion leaders on media requests, photoshoots, invitations and giftings.
- Monitor, clip and archive all media clippings.
- Keep TWG Tea media databases updated.
- Assist the team to enhance the brand’s global online and social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, as well as explore new social media platforms such as TikTok.
- Responsible for corresponding internally with other TWG Tea departments for design and production of all TWG Tea communications materials _. _

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing communications and/or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, public relations preferred.
- Past experience working in a PR agency or luxury brand PR department is preferred.
- Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (to liaise with associates from North Asia Markets)

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of luxury marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills.
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
- Proficiency in social media or new media know-how is an advantage.
- Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
- Commitment to working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Out-of-town, overnight travel might be required from time to time (less than 10%).
