Roles & Responsibilities
- To support and assist Senior PRO on public relation matters.
- To prepare circulars, flyers and presentations for the purpose of engaging with authorities, commercial stakeholders and members of public.
- To prepare reports for the purpose of submission to Land Transport Authority (LTA).
- To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions.
- Perform site inspections, and handle public concerns and issues.
- Perform other public relations tasks assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Experience in public relations work would be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good customer attitude.
