Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the tech and finance sectors to help grow and strengthen our presence in the region.

As part of a dynamic, collaborative team of storytellers with a global reach, we are committed to delivering excellence to our clients and employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Develop new business proposals and participate in pitching
  • Actively seek networking and new business opportunities
  • Plan and execute communications strategies - PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media, spokespeople and influencers (in Singapore and across the APAC region)
  • Act as the point of contact for clients on day-to-day activation (reviewing, securing approvals and monitoring work progress)
  • Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain timelines and ensure delivery of key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production
  • Planning, editing, and writing content for external and internal communications channels
  • Immerse yourself in all things media – monitoring the daily news agenda

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong background in PR and integrated communications
  • 6–8 years of experience in a PR agency environment , preferably with exposure to clients in the tech and finance sectors
  • Proven track record in successfully managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work
  • Demonstrated strength in media relations and building lasting media partnerships
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in new business development and client acquisition
  • Experience in effectively managing and leading a team
  • Agency experience supporting clients across various industries is preferred
