- Prepare 2 high-quality Chinese meals daily (lunch & dinner) for the family, focusing on authentic 东北菜 / 粤菜 / 川菜. 每日为家庭准备两顿正宗中式菜肴（午餐与晚餐），口味偏好东北菜 / 粤菜 / 川菜
- Plan balanced menus based on family preferences and traditional Chinese seasonal eating habits 根据家庭口味及中式传统时令饮食习惯制定菜单
- Purchase groceries and ensure freshness of all ingredients 负责食材采购，确保新鲜与安全
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times 保持厨房整洁干净，注重卫生
- Occasionally prepare special dishes for family gatherings or guests 家庭聚餐或招待亲友时，适时准备特色菜肴

**Job Requirements 职位要求**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cooking Chinese cuisine (Northeastern, Cantonese, or Sichuan) 至少五年中餐烹饪经验，擅长东北菜、粤菜或川菜之一
- Prior experience as a private chef or restaurant chef is highly preferred 有私人厨师或餐厅厨师经验者优先考虑
- Good knowledge of ingredient handling, seasoning techniques, and cooking hygiene 熟悉食材处理、调味技巧与厨房卫生标准
- Responsible, discreet, punctual, and able to work independently 工作认真、保密守时、能独立作业
