About the Role

Our household is seeking a skilled and reliable Private Household Chef to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing healthy, Chinese-inspired meals and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement weekly menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in consultation with the household owner.
  • Ensure adequate raw ingredients are stocked and stored efficiently.
  • Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations, ensuring adherence to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and train any kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques.
  • Coordinate meal service and ensure seamless dining experiences for household members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef or cook in a private household setting.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine, particularly home-cooked styles.
