Job Title: Private Chef

Location: Sentosa, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Chef to join a private household in Sentosa. The Chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals that cater to the family's diverse dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring nutritious, delicious, and well-balanced dishes are served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (Monday to Friday) for the household.
  • Develop weekly menus that align with the family's dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences.
  • Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and manage pantry stock.
  • Ensure meals are nutritionally balanced and presented at a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen at all times.
  • Adjust recipes and cooking methods to accommodate individual health and dietary requirements.
  • Occasionally prepare meals for small gatherings, guests, or special occasions.
  • Manage food budgets and work with household staff (if any) to coordinate mealtimes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, and healthy cooking.
  • Expertise in preparing a variety of international cuisines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respect confidentiality and work discreetly in a private household.
  • Professional culinary training or certification preferred.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for creating quality meals.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (daytime schedule, with flexibility for occasional evenings or events if required).

Remuneration
