The trainee will undergo on the job training with supervision from the senior operations manager. Chef De Maison is a premier private chef service in Singapore, renowned for delivering bespoke dining experiences that cater to the discerning palate. He/She Oversee in the day-to-day operations including supervising, inventory planning, and continuous improvement. He/she will ensure maintain & develop high standards of operations by ensuring all SOPs are relevant, up to date, trained effectively and operationally delivered and to use all resources to minimize cost and maximize profit, to establish and maintain high level of efficiency in operation flow and service and lastly to manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee and manage all areas so as to ensure smooth flow of operations, and efficient and productive operations daily.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Lead and manage manpower.
4. Responsible for employees’ performance and discipline
5. Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills and Competencies**

1. Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
2. Strategic Planning and Continuous Business Process Improvement
3. Deliver excellent customer experience and enforce customer service culture
4. Knowledge of food standards and ensuring staff is in compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
