**About this role**
- This role require CAT1 clearance from Singapore Government.
- The role holder is responsible for single point of contact for Singapore Government projects.
- He/she will direct and coordinate in provision of services which include development, deployment, configuration and acceptance testing.
- The role includes creating and seeking approval from Singapore Government in implementation plan for provision of services
- The role holder has an appreciation of maintaining the client relationship and satisfaction.

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Single point of contact for all projects related matters.
- To provide advice and guidance to Singapore Government on all project matters.
- To ensure that all documentation is provided and maintained to ISO9001 standard.
- To assign tasks to the relevant project team members and to ensure the tasks are completed on-time and on-target.
- To ensure that Singapore Government security requirement are adhere to
- Project level authority and access - would refer to management where appropriate.
- Single point of contact for escalation

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- At least 5 years' experience in the Project Management with 3 years’ experience in security technologies, directory technologies and standards.
- Knowledge in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Smart Card technology is an added advantage.
- Those with no PKI knowledge but keen to learn will be considered as well.
- Experience with MS Projects.
- Knowledge of Networking and IP protocol
- Can work co-operatively with others to achieve team goals, and can build stable and useful working relationships.
- Awareness of costs related to own work area
- Those majoring in IT Security are an added advantage.
- PMP Certified or CITPM certified.
- A security related certification, such as CISSP, is highly desirable.
