**Job Description**:

- Supervise and lead a team of up to **3 personnel**in daily security operations.
- Take charge of the **Security or Fire Command Centre (FCC)**operations.
- Handle **incident management and reporting**to ensure swift and accurate communication of any events.
- Execute and oversee **evacuation plans and emergency exercises**in line with company protocols.
- Provide **direct supervision**and guidance to ensure staff performance meets operational standards.
- Ensure all personnel adhere to SOPs and maintain professional conduct.
- Perform duties at various posts when required.

Job Requirements
- Possess a valid **PLRD License**and **RTT Training.**:

- Must hold a **Supervisor Grade License**(PWM Supervisor Tier preferred).
- Minimum **Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level**education.
- At least **1 year of supervisory experience**in the security industry.
- Strong leadership, incident handling, and communication skills.
- Familiar with security systems, FCC operations, and safety protocols.
