Are you ready to be part of Brisbane's biggest events? From concerts and festivals to major sporting fixtures and corporate functions — Certis is looking for proactive, customer-focused Events Security Officers to join our elite casual team.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Represent Certis with professionalism and confidence at a range of events
  • Provide friendly and effective customer service while ensuring public safety
  • Carry out security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties
  • Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
  • Diffuse conflict situations calmly and escalate when needed
  • Keep accurate reports and logs of any incidents or breaches

*Qualification*

  • QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate 
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) 
  • A positive attitude and sharp communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or security roles (preferred but not mandatory)
