Overview

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and coordinate security staff to ensure effective coverage and high standards of performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency protocols.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations.
Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Physical fitness and stamina.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Approachable demeanour.
