**Reporting to**:General Manager

**Tasks/Responsibilities**
- Work in collaboration with Chief Engineer to create and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures like establishing protocols for access control, CCTV surveillance, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Assist to train, supervise and assign duties to the security team.
- Work in collaboration with the building management team to oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents, such as thefts, assaults, or unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular briefings and disseminate information on potential threats, security updates, and best practices to ensure team members are well-informed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, investigations, and actions taken.

**Key Requirements**
- Relevant work experience in security management, law enforcement, or the police force will be an added advantage.
- Fire Safety certified and well-versed in emergency response and crisis management protocol.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of emergency response plans and coordinate responses during crises or security incidents.
- Physically fit with good stamina to handle the job demand.
