- In charge of the day-to-day operations site
- Responsible for the deployment of Security officers
- Carry out investigations and write reports
- Conduct on - the - Job training according to specified duties required by clients
- Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues
- Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis
- Provide timely updates and reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

- Minimum GCE 'O', 'A' or Diploma in any field
- Customer Service uniform group like Police or investigation background or army/ CDF or related are welcome
